The TransaX SynX feature allows you to sync your QuickBooks file with transactions processed by Credit Card or ACH through the gateway!
Using this powerful feature, you can accept credit cards through every source – from your website, on your iPhone, through your database, etc – then, with the click of a button, update your QuickBooks file.
- Both automatic and manual mode available.
- With automatic mode, General Ledger entries are created for all sales, captures, offline transactions, credits and refunds.
- With manual mode, you can apply payments to invoices or create sales receipts, and create credit memos for refunds / credits.
- Deposit records are automatically created for all settlements.
- Voided and returned payments are updated appropriately in QuickBooks
